Integration, uniqueness, coherent specialization with the territory, respect, esteem and protection of the mountain landscape, are the main concepts of the different scenarios for the redevelopment of the “Marilleva 1400” tourist complex. The preliminary proposals led to the identification of two scenarios: Sky Village and Eco Hub, both aimed at promoting an existing real estate asset to be used wittingly.
The “Sky Village” scenario works on characterizations, in line with the expectations of the modern tourist who chooses the mountain to spend hours of sport, fun, outdoor activities, wellness, relax and typicality of the place. The “Eco Hub” scenario focuses attention on the creation of a relationship with the valley, therefore not only a full tourist-receptive re-launch, but also a reconsideration of the territorial development strategy with the aim of linking different realities, able to create a polyvalent structure expanding the horizons to a territorial vision of the intervention.
