The building will be located in one of the most prestigious areas in the City. Its shape, reminiscent of the DNA structure, confers on it a symbolic value: the rising tower becomes a distinctive element, an urban lighthouse, a point of reference, a veritable landmark.
The rising helix, exploiting sunlight and natural ventilation, allows for environmental sustainability and creates a visual effect of constant movement.
The basement, unrolling from the tower like a flag in the wind, encloses the surrounding square creating a contemporary arena, a forum for economic exchange and social interaction.
