Designed according the highest International standards, the new Heinz’s Headquarter, located in Segrate, is characterized by efficient and flexible offices, boosting an entirely environmentally-friendly quality life of a small urban area deep in a green park near Milan. The heart of this three building complex is a livable square: a new place for leisure and social activity. Transparency, team work and corporate identity are the main keywords of the project. Workplaces are designed with transparency features, as large open spaces supporting team works, in respect of corporate values, to ensure both functionality, comfort and creativity of the spaces and good quality of life for workers. Selected materials are recycled, renewable and ecologic, on a sustainable design perspective basis, reducing consumption and promoting sustainable behaviour.
