Progetto CMR team won the second round of the “Short Cooking Races”, the fast-cooking contest of Italian architects organized by Towant, an agency specializing in architecture-related events.
3 Milan design firms, 3 teams, 30 minutes to prepare the recipe: this is the format of the challenge held on June 29th at the kitchen supplier SieMatic showroom in Milan. Each team choose the recipe and the ingredients freely, managing the whole preparation from the beginning to the cooking and to the food presentation, under the attentive supervision of the Italian chef Umberto Zanassi. The final results were three nicely decorated and tasty dishes, with their own distinct flavours and colours, reminding each of the three firms of the teams.
Progetto CMR chefs entered the final stage, which will take place next January. The third qualification round will be held on October 5th.
