The project covers approximately 4,000 sqm distributed across multiple floors and a terrace, and expresses a contemporary workplace model in which sustainability, well-being, and innovation guide the entire design process. The goal is to achieve WELL Platinum certification, with a specific focus on indoor environmental quality and people’s well-being.

The concept is based on the vision of transforming working spaces into living environments, through a flexible and integrated system that combines open-plan work areas, informal collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, laboratories, and experiential environments. The project supports new ways of working, interaction, and knowledge sharing.

Particular attention has been given to environmental comfort, through the use of natural light, the control of acoustic and thermal comfort, and the integration of indoor and outdoor greenery, including green walls and equipped terraces. The project also features distinctive spaces such as bistro areas, digital experience zones, showrooms, and areas dedicated to events and training.

Overall, the environments support the activities of IMCD Italia in the Food & Nutrition and Beauty & Personal Care sectors, defining a flexible and identity-driven workplace ecosystem in which professional activity, relationships, and daily well-being coexist seamlessly.
