The project involves the construction of an office building, located in Jakarta, characterized by an exclusive façade with full-height modular steel panels and fixed glass elements, also full height. Operable exterior shade screens create a dynamic façade that changes its appearance depending on the time of the day and the will of the users. The glass façade is protected by a textile shade that can be automatically extended when needed, or retracted for more natural light if desired.
