Argentina Palace

Today, commercial buildings can no longer be limited to retail spaces: they must offer immersive experiences, be energy-efficient, and increasingly sustainable.
Palazzo Argentina, located on Corso Buenos Aires in Milan, is a strategic property with excellent connections to the city center. Originally built in the 1950s, it was fully renovated between 2019 and 2021 by Progetto CMR. The redevelopment focused on improving energy efficiency, reducing CO₂ emissions, and adopting innovative and sustainable solutions, resulting in a more responsible and future-oriented urban environment.
This is a significant example of how modern architecture can be reinterpreted to meet contemporary needs while preserving its historical identity. Through the integration of new functions and a strong emphasis on sustainability, the building is set to play a central role in Milan’s urban landscape.
