Progetto CMR has been honored with the Metra Building Award 2025 for the final building of The Sign complex, which now houses L’Oréal Italia in Milan.
The award recognizes the excellent use of aluminum in the continuous façade, noted for its iridescent metallic elements. Developed by Covivio, The Sign is a vital urban regeneration project that transformed the former Vedani Foundry into a modern, permeable Business District.
The project, designed by Progetto CMR, is celebrated for both its architectural excellence and consistency, and its high sustainability profile, being the only complex in Italy with the BiodiverCity certification.
