In the historic centre of Milan, just a few steps from the Duomo, the regeneration of Palazzo Odeon is taking shape. The project restores centrality to one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks and deeply rooted places in its collective memory. It is part of a broader urban transformation process involving the consolidated fabric of the city, with the aim of enhancing landmark buildings through new functions and contemporary forms of use.

An intervention in the historic centre
The architectural regeneration project is developed under the coordination of Progetto CMR, in dialogue with the Superintendency and the various stakeholders involved in the process. The design approach integrates the preservation of historical heritage with the functional upgrading of the building, working towards a balance between conservation and transformation. The intervention is part of a broader process of urban regeneration, aimed at restoring a central role to the building within its urban context.
