Acoustics, climate, light, furnishings and fittings: here the variables of office spaceplanning deign. They must be considered aims of environmental quality and well-being of work spaces.

The one-day workshop was organized by Officelayout magazone, specialized on office design, to open a conversation between architects, facility managers and companies on issues of designing office spaces, that create economic and social value.

Acoustic comfort, lighting and microclimate are environmental factors that influence not only the subjective perception of  workspaces, but also the health and performance of people in the company.

Architect Giovanni Giacobone from Progetto CMR has participated at the roundtable “The aim of environmental quality in the work space: a path between the needs of the individual needs of productivity and sustainability requirements” proposing a reflection on office-space planning by interpreting different social dynamics and business models.
