Also in the Lombard capital, the firm is leading the general construction supervision for the redevelopment of Tower 5 at the Tucidide Business Park, currently being transformed into a Marriott-branded business hotel.

Moving to Southern Italy, Progetto CMR has designed a new Residential District in Foggia. The project features two Social Residential Housing (ERS) towers with a rigorous focus on sustainability and renewable energy integration

Corporate and Urban Development

Progetto CMR’s commitment to innovation continues in Florence with the new BNP Paribas Group Main Building (future Findomestic Headquarters). Developed in collaboration with Mantero Associati, the project—for which Progetto CMR provided the design and artistic direction—is engineered to achieve LEED Platinum New Construction certification.

In Tiriolo (Catanzaro), the firm signed the design and construction supervision for the Harmonic Innovation Hub. As the largest innovation ecosystem in Southern Italy (over 40,000 sqm), this project transforms a former Telecom building into a digital village designed to foster creative and technological cross-pollination.

Meanwhile, in Civitanova Marche, Progetto CMR is managing the revamping of the SNAM Rete Gas Pipeline Maintenance Centre, an extensive demolition and reconstruction project for new offices and logistics facilities.

Education and Healthcare

The Group continues to drive academic and healthcare innovation. The new Department of Medicine at the University of Udine, scheduled for completion in January 2026, is a Progetto CMR project (design and construction supervision).

In Milan, the firm is managing the design and supervision of the new University of Milan Student Residence, focusing on urban permeability and community-centered services.

Finally, in the healthcare sector, Progetto CMR has designed the new Community Hub (Casa di Comunità) in Rimini. This project is built on the principles of biophilic design and architectural flexibility.
