This website is partially compliant with the requirements set forth in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance cases listed below.

The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with law January 9, 2004, no. 4:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content (e.g., decorative icons, graphics) lacks equivalent alternative text.

  • C.9.1.3.1 – Some structural or relational information (e.g., tables, complex layouts) is not programmatically determinable or lacks text equivalents.

  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual contrast of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required ratio, except for logos.

  • C.9.1.4.4 – Some texts are not resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

  • C.9.1.4.5 – There are images of text instead of text alone, which are neither customizable nor essential.

  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content such as tables or maps does not correctly reflow when the viewport size changes.

  • C.9.1.4.11 – Some essential components do not guarantee a contrast ≥ 3:1 compared to adjacent elements.

  • C.9.2.1.1 – Interactive functions (buttons, menus) are not usable via keyboard.

  • C.9.2.2.2 – Animated, blinking, or automatically scrolling elements lack controls to stop or hide them.

  • C.9.2.4.1 – There is no “Skip to content” mechanism to avoid repetitive navigation.

  • C.9.2.4.2 – Some pages lack descriptive titles (the <title> tag is missing or generic).

  • C.9.2.4.3 – The focus navigation order does not maintain meaning or operational sense on some pages.

  • C.9.2.4.4 – Some links do not allow understanding their purpose based solely on text or context.

  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and labels do not clearly specify content or functions.

  • C.9.2.4.7 – Visible focus is missing on some interactive elements.

  • C.9.3.2.3 – On pages with repeated navigation, the order of menus is inconsistent from page to page.

  • C.9.3.3.2 – In complex forms, labels or instructions are not provided when user input is required.

  • C.9.4.1.2 – ARIA name, role, states, and properties are not always correct or updated, and assistive technologies are not notified of dynamic changes.

  • C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages (e.g., confirmation, error) are not announced by screen readers without manual focus movement.
