An article on Build News highlights Progetto CMR’s contribution—within the Progetto CMR International Group—to the ChorusLife project in Bergamo, a smart district spanning 150,000 sqm. Progetto CMR handled architectural design and coordination of the final and executive phases for about 65,000 sqm, including a 10,000 sqm arena (up to 6,500 seats), a tertiary building with spa, medical center, gym and offices (approx. 4,000 sqm), a 15,000 sqm retail center, a 5,000 sqm residence and a 6,000 sqm hotel area. Additionally, they oversaw underground parking and supporting sports infrastructure across another 7,000 sqm, applying sustainable planning and BIM modeling to LOD E level sophistication.
