On June 4th, Massimo Roj spoke at ZAK World of Façades, one of the most important international events dedicated to façade technology and design.
During his speech, he explored projects and strategies aimed at creating sustainable and identity-driven façades that enhance both buildings and their urban context. It was an opportunity to reflect together on how architecture can contribute to building quality and giving meaning to urban space through the building envelope.
He presented projects and approaches focused on generating façades that engage in dialogue with their surroundings, enhance the built environment, and reduce environmental impact—without sacrificing expressiveness and innovation. Notable examples include The Sign and Cellia, two projects that strongly embody these principles, interpreting the façade as a strategic element for architectural identity, energy efficiency, and the relationship with the urban landscape.
