The project aims to create a residential “community” on the model of the European city, introducing a urban planning characterized by different functional areas: residential, industrial and tertiary-administrative. The master plan also provides for the creation of a business and industry park where small and medium-sized European and Chinese enterprises operating in sectors linked to the theme of urban development can establish themselves, implementing shared research activities.
