Nortel Networks, a global leader in the telecommunication and Internet sectors, expressed the desire lo bring together its various initially developed in Rome into a single location. INTEGRATION
Progetto CMR put together a total consultation service far the Nortel Networks complex: a review of its organisation and requirements, concept design, feasibility study, civil, plant engineering and executive planning, safety and security co-ordination, and project management.
PROCESS
The consultation was developed over three different phases:
- August 1999 /November 1999: definition of requirements, space model, and property negotiation assistance - November 1999 /Aprii 2001: feasibility and planning;
- February 2001 / December 2001: project and site management.
