The charme of history and the challenge of technology

Palazzo Bocconi is an historical Milanese palate (present in the Land Registery of 1722) and was restored to its present day by the architect Antonio Citterio in 1909. Münchener Rück Italia asked Progetto CMR a conservative transformation that would give full value to the importance of the history of the building and an excellent use of space relative to its present usage.

Palazzo Bocconi has returned to its original magnificence due to the restoration of its façade, its garden and adjacent areas. The project is characterised by a services design which ensures elevated levels of flexibility and adaptability with time.

The general building services, air conditioning, electrical, voice, data, and security systems have been replaced. The high quality of this project guarantees a comfortable enviroment and technical standard, appropriate for a leading and avant-garde firm.
